Description

In a level mathematics, when we talk about finding or determining the parity of a function, it simply means that you should determine whether the function is even, odd or non of the two. So it is very advisable to take this particular aspect of mathematics seriously and not just this one aspect but all the other aspects in mathematics.

For a function, say f(x), it is said to be even when we calculate f(-x) and we discover that f(x)=f(-x) and it is important to note that even functions are symmetrical about the y-axis. For odd functions, f(-x)=-f(x) and they are always symmetrical about the x-axis. It is also very important to note that there are some functions that are neither even nor odd.

Past questions in mathematics and other subjects have also been made available for you. You can now go ahead and test your knowledge.

Good luck.
